Vivian Jones, Mayor of Wake Forest, North Carolina issues Mayoral Proclamation for Poetry

To recognize April as National Poetry Month, Mayor Vivian A. Jones of Wake Forest, North Carolina issued a Mayoral Proclamation to celebrate this event. National Poetry Month was inaugurated by the Academy of American Poets in 1996.
